Analisis Bibliometric dan Systematic Literature Review pada Penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a field of study that continues to grow in line with the increasing complexity of multi-criteria decision-making problems. This study aims to map the development of DSS research through a combined approach of bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review (SLR). The bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer on Scopus data to identify keyword co-occurrence patterns, while the SLR process followed the PRISMA guidelines on Google Scholar data obtained through the Publish or Perish application. From 200 initial records, 144 primary articles met the inclusion criteria after undergoing the identification, screening, and eligibility assessment stages. The results show that the number of DSS publications increased from 2019 and peaked in 2021, with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods being the most dominantly used, both independently and in hybrid combinations. The most studied application domains include environment and sustainability, construction and infrastructure, and education, while the co-authorship pattern among researchers was found to be highly fragmented. This study identifies several opportunities for further research, including the exploration of underutilised DSS methods such as VIKOR, PROMETHEE, and machine-learning-based approaches, as well as the expansion of DSS integration with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). These findings are expected to serve as a reference for researchers in determining the direction of future DSS research
