Career planning is a critical yet challenging phase for high school students, particularly for those in non-traditional educational settings like SMA Terbuka (Open High School) in rural areas. These students often face economic constraints and limited access to structured guidance, leading to uncertainty about their future. This community service activity aimed to provide structured career guidance to 143 students of SMA Terbuka in Desa Narawita to help them recognize their personal potential and identify their dominant career interest tendencies. The method involved administering a career interest inventory based on John Holland's RIASEC theory, followed by a guidance session to interpret the results. The findings revealed a dominant interest profile leaning towards Social (30.1%) and Realistic (25.2%) types, indicating a strong inclination towards service-oriented and practical professions. The participant testimonials confirmed that the inventory test was easy to understand and effectively helped them identify their skill tendencies for the world of work. The conclusion is that the RIASEC-based inventory test is an effective tool for increasing self-awareness and providing a concrete foundation for career planning among SMA Terbuka students, offering a pathway to align personal potential with both individual aspirations and local community needs.
